Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including:

- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely submission of weekly timesheets.
- Create and update Microsoft Office spreadsheets for data analysis, support cost analysis and oversee Purchase Order management within the department.
- Efficiently handle the procurement and tracking of PPE and stock items.
- Manage the submission process for Streetworks permits (training will be provided for this).
- Coordinate the return, dispatch, and transfer of equipment.
- Manage customer appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure thorough recording and tracking of all incoming works, including acceptance responses.
