**About the role**
We're looking for a talented Continuous Improvement Manager to join our award-winning team and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across our organisation with a focus on Marketing and Fundraising or Technology and Finance.
In this role you'll play an important role in fostering a culture of sustainable change by creating and embedding Lean Six Sigma methodology and delivering business transformation projects to ensure the client is always striving for excellence, quality andefficiency.
**Working arrangements**
This is a dual location role, with your working time split between your home, our London Office and anywhere where our processes take place (e.g., fundraising events or other offices.) We expect that you’ll need to attend a place of work at least twice a month,but this depends on the projects you are running and the locations of the teams we support.
We understand that you might need a little help balancing your work and home life. Many of our people work flexibly in different ways, from the hours or days they work, to their office or home location or a blend between the two. Please feel free to ask atinterview about the flexibility you may need.
**About you**
An exceptional communicator and influencer, you’ll be able to develop effective working relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders and possess evidence of delivering cultural change programmes.
You’ll have the following experience:

- At least a Greenbelt Qualification with a willingness to undertake the Blackbelt qualification and exam within 6 months (funded by the client)
- Extensive continuous improvement experience, including project management and process improvement
- Previous experience of delivering end-to-end business process improvement projects in the Service Sector
- Good commercial awareness with relevant experience in a position of authority
- Experience of taking ownership of projects, able to use sound judgement to help to drive the organisation towards its goals
You'll have previous experience of leading business change and have demonstrable experience of business process improvements, with a broad range of exposure to various business segments. You'll be able to provide expertise and facilitation to ensure that businessimprovement activities are run on time and to budget and are based on professional standards, utilising appropriate aspects of management methodologies.
