This is an opportunity for an energetic sales focused individual to commence a career within Commercial Agency with a well-respected local brand.. You will be of smart appearance, well-educated and ideally have a sales background not necessarily from the property.

**Essential Skills required for being a successful Agency Surveyor**:

- Previous agency experience preferred or sales related background will be considered
- Residential estate agency background will be an advantage
- Driven & motivated
- Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with mínimal supervision
- Accurate, numerate and computer literate with intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office
- A team player with excellent organisational skills
- Must have a full UK driving licence
- Not required to work weekends
