**Overall purpose / Objectives of Role**:
Due to the expansion of the Partnership, we are looking for a proactive, friendly and well organised Finance Assistant to join our practice on a full-time basis, working from our offices in Barton-Bendish, King’s Lynn, paying £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Working closely with the Partners, Practice Manager and R&D Team Leaders, you will support the business by providing a high-quality, efficient service to both internal team members and external clients.

Each day is varied, requiring excellent problem-solving skills. You must be able to prioritise effectively, have high levels of numeracy and literacy and be able to effectively use Microsoft Office programs with a consistently high level of accuracy.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Invoicing
- Debt Control
- Purchase Control
- Client Interaction
- VAT
- Ad hoc internal tax work

- Output / achieving personal KPI

**Person Specification**:

- We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working in an Accounting or Finance role.
- AAT 4 or equivalent.
- Experience and understanding of the Microsoft suite of products
- Excellent organisation skills
- Be good listener and verbal communicator
- Be adaptive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to learn quickly, and a desire to keep learning and developing professionally
- Be at ease interacting with clients in a professional and competent manner
- Work well as part of a team, but is also able to focus independently
- Must have proof of Right to Work in the UK

This role is based in a rural area (Barton Bendish, PE33 9DL). You will need to have a reliable mode of transport to get here as there is no public transport available in the villiage.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday 08:45 - 17:00
- Starting salary of £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications, with annual pay rises in line with performance
