**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- To process all orders and enquiries.
- To assist with the planning of delivery, collection and services route schedules.
- To work effectively with the senior hire controller and other members of staff.
- To negotiate customer contract prices/rates.
- To ensure that all work areas are maintained to the highest standards of housekeeping.
- To ensure that all personnel, equipment and practices comply with all relevant Health & Safety Regulations.
- To report any areas of concern to the Depot Manager.
- To carry out general office duties.
**Qualifications**

**_Essential: _**
- Experience of computers and Microsoft products
- Good geographical knowledge of the North West
**_Desirable: _**

Previous experience in the transport industry
