**Portfolio Manager - London / Hybrid - £75,000 +**
I am working exclusively with an exciting business within the healthcare sector. They are looking for an accomplished Portfolio Manager to design, initiate and lead the portfolio and deliver an agreed list of projects, programmes and transformation activitieswith full reporting responsibilities to the senior management team.
**Portfolio Management**
- Responsible for defining the impact of new portfolio project requests into the portfolio and managing all pipeline activity
- Perform health checks and impose quality assurance against the active items in the portfolio - status/timeline
- Support the gated approval process through each stage of the portfolio lifecycle
- Present the illustration of the strategic direction of the portfolio across the multiple divisions of the client
- Identify duplication and facilitate prioritisation requests in portfolio delivery
- Point of escalation for individual Portfolio item status changes
- Tracking the progress against original/re-baselined timelines and reconcile the financials of the portfolio
- Overall resource management of the portfolio with engagement across the multiple staffing groups to determine supply versus demand
- Identify resourcing constraints and work with team leaders to resolve or facilitate decision process to impact portfolio deliverables.

**Experience and/or Qualifications**
- Considerable experience of stakeholder engagement, negotiation and management including stakeholder analysis, communication, and collaboration with all levels of stakeholders
- Considerable portfolio/PMO Management and project management experience, with a successful track record of managing projects within timescale and budget
