Portfolio Manager, Up to £60,000 (DOE) & Corporate Benefits
A recognised European investment manager is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to oversee the rapidly expanding European logistics portfolio.
Working alongside the Finance & Asset Management teams you will report to the COO to ensure portfolio management & reporting is completed to high standard.
The main duties of the role will involve:
- Partnering with the local asset management teams and (including property managers, agents and valuers).
- Supporting the finance team with asset/ portfolio level business plan forecasting, budgeting, analysis and reporting.
- Ensure financial & property records are kept up to date.
- Timely and accurate measurement of agreed KPIs across the business.
- Reporting on commercial lease proposals.
- Preparation of quarterly reports and asset reviews for senior management team, funds and banks.
- Analysis of fund valuations alongside support on ESG to report to senior management.
**Desired skills & experience**:
- Property/ Finance background, more than 4 years in direct property investment.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, coupled with the ability to think laterally to make and explain considered recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Competent Microsoft Excel modelling skills, high proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience of property management software (Coyote or Yardi is desirable).
