**Mobile Cleaner Job Description**

**Job Title**: Mobile Cleaner

**Department**: Cleaning Services

**Reports To**: Area Supervisor / Area Manager

**Job Summary**: The Mobile Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at multiple office locations, including toilets, kitchenette, meeting rooms, and office space. This role requires flexibility, as the cleaner will travel between various sites as needed and may also oversee and coordinate with other cleaning staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. General Cleaning Duties**:

- Dust all surfaces including desks, chairs, shelves, and electronic equipment.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs; mop hard floors.
- Clean smudges and fingerprints from windows and glass surfaces.
- Disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and handles.

**2. Toilets**:

- Clean and disinfect toilet bowls, urinals, sinks, and faucets.
- Clean and polish mirrors.
- Wipe down and disinfect countertops, stalls, and doors.
- Refill toilet paper, soap, and towels.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.

**3. Kitchenette**:

- Wipe down and disinfect countertops.
- Clean and disinfect sinks.
- Clean microwave, toaster, and other appliances; inside and out.
- Dispose of old food and clean refrigerator surfaces.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Load and run dishwasher, or hand wash and dry dishes.

**4. Meeting Rooms**:

- Wipe down and disinfect tables and chairs.
- Clean and erase whiteboards.
- Wipe down remote controls, keyboards, and other shared devices.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.

**5. Supervisory Duties**:

- Oversee and coordinate with other cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Provide training and guidance to new cleaning staff.
- Report to the Facilities Manager, Supervisor or Client of the area concerned any maintenance requirements such as light bulb replacements, leaking wash basins etc..
- Reporting to supervisor any incident or accident.
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required within the level of the post

**6. Flexibility and Mobility**:

- Travel between multiple office locations as required.
- Adjust work hours to meet the demands of different sites and schedules.
- Be available for emergency cleaning tasks as needed.
- Mobile Cleaner has a responsibility for ensuring safety in the workplace and in this respect ensuring compliance with all instructions relating to the use and storage of materials/equipment necessary for the performance of his/her tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and supervisory skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites.
- Flexibility in work hours, including the ability to work evenings or weekends if required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kilograms.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
