We are currently seeking to recruit a Mobile Cleaning Operative, based in London to join our Mobile Operative Team. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with scheduled weekends on rota. Working hours will be flexible.

The purpose of your job would be to carry out general cleaning duties as allocated by your Manager/Help-desk Team. You will also be expected to undertake other work including carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning and other more technical cleaning tasks as and when required.

Please see below a description of your main duties and responsibilities:
**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Jet washing
- Graffiti removal
- Clearing up spillages, body fluids, fuel, chemicals
- General cleaning duties as directed
- Rubbish removal
- Sharps removal
- Litter picking
- Clearing leaves, cutting grass, strimming grass and vegetation clearance
- Basic low level window cleaning
- Office, house, and flat cleaning
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Flood and fire specialist cleans
- Specialist floor works, deep cleans using rotary machines. Diamond cutting, floor vitrification
- To comply with all reasonable requests made to you by your Manager/Supervisor/Team Leader.
- To carry out all tasks assigned to you in a professional manner.
- To assist operations to maintain staff levels by helping cover staff shortages.
- To use equipment and materials as you have been trained for.
- To maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times.
- To keep your vehicle and equipment clean and in working order if issued.
- To be friendly, helpful, and polite to any members of the public or clients you come in contact with.
