Head of Conveyancing - Coventry
My client is a friendly and well established Coventry based high street practice that provides a range of private and commercial legal services. Due to succession planning, they are looking to recruit an experienced residential property solicitor who will takeover the eventual running of their conveyancing department.
The firm has a good reputation for their work and established links with referrers and providers of conveyancing work, as well as a loyal returning client base so the future caseload is secure. You will join an exitsting team, working closely with the currenthead of property, with a view that there will be an extended handover of clients and work over the next couple of years.
