We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Sales Executive** to join our award-winning team here at Breeze Van Centre **Portsmouth**. You will join us on a **full-time, permanent basis,** and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary plus benefits.**

**Working hours**:
Monday - Friday: 8.30 - 18.00 (hour lunch) with a day off in the week

Saturdays: 9.00 - 16.00

Sundays 1 in 3: 10.00 - 16.00

**Responsibilities as our Sales Executive will include**:

- Approach and always receive customers promptly and courteously
- Ensure the details of all vehicle transactions are accurately processed
- Ensure timely and accurately completion of finance proposals and documentation
- Be up to date with dealership’s makes, models, features and pricing structures
- Managing and keeping out customer CRM/Diary up to date and responding to customers in good time
- Ensure pre delivery inspection and any repairs or servicing are carried out and the customer notified of any delays

**What we’re looking for in our idealSales Executive**:

- Main dealer experience or have experience of such. Alternatively, a strong sales background would be beneficial as technical training will be given.
- Possess good knowledge with ability to answer customer queries.
- Computer skills essential.
- Knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given.
- Ability to use own initiative and multi-task.
- Possess exceptional organisational skills.
- Team player
- Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner.
