Our client, one of the largest suppliers to schools, nurseries, public sector organisations and businesses in the UK, is looking for a **Key Account Manager**.
Are you an enthusiastic and hungry Key Account Manager? Having the ability to drive future growth by owning and managing a portfolio of customer accounts? being tenacious and have the ability to win new business and opportunities.
This is an exciting fast-paced role that focuses on high level account management with large multi academy trusts at head office level where you will be required to conduct review meetings, present MI and solutions, as well as managing the schools withinthe trust on a local level, which will be across a defined territory to effectively account manage.
As part of the Strategic Accounts team, Key Account Managers are critical in our WIN, GROW and KEEP strategy, therefore it is critical to be able to work as part of a successful and winning team. A key part of the role is to deliver exceptional levels ofcustomer service to ensure customer retention.
A fully target driven role based on achieving results through managing a portfolio of large Multi Academy Trusts, KPIs, conversions of visit to sale and new customer acquisition supported with a monthly commission reward package. The role will be consultative,analytical and strategic.
**About you**
- Previous experience in an Account management role/ sales role would be desirable
- Proficient with excel
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own diary
- Ability to negotiate with all levels of a multi-academy trust
- Able to present confidently Face 2 face or over the phone/ Teams
**Key Duties**
- Manage, own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts (large multi-Academy trusts)
- KPI driven account management with a mix of sales visits and calls, to customers across the territory in education
- Working on targeted campaigns supported by the Marketing Department
- Interactions with multi academy trusts, individual schools and nurseries of all types and sizes
- Using and updating company IT systems such as our ZOHO CRM with accurate data entry to include activity logging, customer information and quotations
- Work as a team with the wider UK team of sales professionals, to develop new approaches, customer scripts and effective ways to provide the customer with a fantastic experience
- Prioritising daily activities and actions to ensure they are all met
- Weekly reporting of customer and market feedback to help inform colleagues and shape area and wider team strategy
- You will cover Kent and surrounding Essex
- Duties are not Limited to the above

- Basic salary of £30,000 + Commission
