We are currently looking for an HRBP.

**In a nutshell, you will be busy**

Delivering a broad generalist role encompassing all areas of HR. Supporting a number of business areas within MM Flowers with a high-quality, credible HR business partnering service to support the business strategy.

This role will cover 40 hours per week over 7 days, primarily Monday - Friday but to include weekend working on rotation

**On a daily basis you will be**:

- Partnering with the MM Flowers teams in effectively leading, managing and supporting their teams.
- Deliver a high quality, professional and valued HR service to the MM Flowers business. Ensuring that the HR service delivered drives business results and supports the business strategy.
- Delivering against both current and future requirements of the teams being supported, carrying our monthly people reviews including relating to team and individual performance, training, succession, current and future skills etc.
- Provision of advice and support to all managers on day-to-day ER issues including investigations, disciplinaries, grievance, performance and absence issues.
- Effectively assist and implement tools to aid staff retention, identify problem areas within the organisation and provide suitable solutions.
- Design and delivery of line manager training
- Carry out monthly 1:1s with key areas of responsibility
- Be a key member of the teams the role supports, being part of team meetings, driving the people agenda including talent management, performance discussions, development.
- Develop and deliver new starter inductions ensuring a great first impressions and onboarding into the business.
- Supporting with the development of company policies and procedures, ensuring legal and good practice compliance

- Be a confident communicator able to provide clear information to employees and managers at all levels and to produce clear written reports.
- Able to provide sometimes complex paperwork and maintaining reliable records.
- Have a working knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
- Have a working knowledge of the best practice on recruitment and selection
- Have experience in interpreting, advising and implementing such agreements and procedures
- Have the ability to research, analyse and reason logically within tight and conflicting timeframes
- Be able to participate in the ongoing evolvement of how the team operates by with practical suggestions to support ongoing continuous improvements.
- Initiating and implementing key HR projects to support the delivery of the business strategy
- Supporting the delivery of strong, brilliant basics relating to our people data, processes and systems

- CIPD Qualified
- Experienced and to have evidence of working at pace and taking accountability for decision making
