The role of the Receptionist is to deliver exceptional service to our Hotel and Spa guests in addition to maximising revenue opportunities daily.

The earliest shift starting at 9am and the latest finish being 7pm including weekend work. Due to the location of the hotel and lack of bus routes transport is essential.

Full training will be given.

**The ideal applicant will have**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- A flare for selling
- Be organised and efficient
- Good telephone manner and experience of working with computer systems and diary management
- A great smile & friendly personality

**You will be responsible for**:

- Welcoming guests
- Spa attendant duties including restocking of linen and keeping the spa clean and tidy
- Retailing of spa products and upselling/driving revenue
- Liaising with the spa manager and hotel team to ensure that we capture every booking.

This is a casual contract with a view of becoming permanent at a later date.

Ellenborough Park cannot offer any Live-In accommodation and In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.
