Have good communication skills and a natural flair for exceeding expectations and going the extra mile? You may currently be undertaking your Spa Therapist training looking to gain valuable experience of a 5* Spa. Then our Spa Assistant position might be perfect for you

As Spa Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily presentation of the Spa for our guests. Ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable and well stocked with amenities. You will also support the Spa Receptionist with some reception duties.

The earliest shift starting at 9am and the latest finish being 7pm including weekend work. Due to the location of the hotel and lack of bus routes transport is essential.

Full training will be given.

**The ideal applicant will have**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Be organised and efficient
- A warm and pleasant manner with a passion for good customer service
- A great smile & friendly personality

**You will be responsible for**:

- Welcoming guests
- Spa attendant duties including restocking of linen and keeping the spa clean and tidy
- Retailing of spa products and upselling/driving revenue

Ellenborough Park cannot offer any Live-In accommodation and In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£11.47 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
