And now we’re doubling the business again — which is where **you** come in **The Role**: We’re looking for a **Sales and Marketing Assistant** to support our founder (that’s James) and our small, high-performing team. This is a **learning and growth role** — perfect for someone organised, confident, and people-focused who wants to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, or operations. (seriously, some of the applciations we get) ;) - You'll be motivated to help people and make a positive impact - You'll be reliable, hard-working, and all the usual stuff too - PLUS: you definitely WON'T be a complete technophobe() _(if you can’t take a screenshot on your iPhone, this ain’t for you)_ **WHAT YOUR**_**TYPICAL**_ **DAY WILL LOOK LIKE**: 8:50am: Cruise into our bright Newquay office 8:55am: Grab a coffee and a cookie (priorities) 9:30am: Update the CRM, send out info packs 10:00am: Help James prep for his consultation calls 11:30am: Follow up with yesterday’s enquiries (they’re waiting to hear from you) 12:30pm: Lunch — maybe a team walk or a trip to the café downstairs 1:00pm: Log some new leads and send reminders for upcoming calls 2:00pm: Help with a Mailchimp campaign or track leads from the website 3:30pm: Process new orders and make sure everyone’s been contacted 5:00pm: Log off — and go enjoy your evening (no weekend work here) **Let’s Talk Money** We know work is about more than just the warm fuzzies — it’s also about the moolah You’ll start on **£23,000-£25,000 per year**, depending on experience. As you grow into the role, you’ll have opportunities to earn bonuses and progress into a Sales Executive position.
