- **Coordination**: Liaise with drivers and operations staff to ensure customer requirements are met and coach schedules run efficiently.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is highly desirable, preferably in the transportation or travel industry.

- **Customer Focused**: A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Organized**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with booking and CRM software. Previous experience of ‘coach manager’ would be an advantage, but is not essential.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well independently and as part of a close-knit team.
