**About the Role**: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Stores and Administration Coordinator in the world's leading solution provider of modular warehouse and logistics systems.

As Stores Admin Coordinator you will:

- provide complete administration support to the teams
- act as central point of contact and working in collaboration with the Central Support Team
- ensure adequate stocking levels of spare parts and tools are maintained in order to fulfil our contractual commitment to the customer
- ensure all spare parts are returned and replaced according to company procedure
- process repairs: quotation, order, order confirmation and delivery detail and invoicing; keeping customer informed
- use of online systems including Navision, together with other systems to ensure services are supplied, and administration is up to date

For the successful Stores Admin Coordinator, we are seeking the following qualities:

- Effective communicator at all levels with highly proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Customer focused
- Experience within a similar engineering stock control environment
- Knowledge of spares handling processes
- Computer skills - MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Exchange, MS Access
