**Overview**: - An opportunity for an individual possessing estate agency experience to join one of the best-known estate agency chains in the Essex area, as the Branch Manager within a busy estate agency in the Chigwell area **Job Title**: - Estate Agency Branch Manager **Location**: - Chigwell **Remuneration**: - Basic salary of £28,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months) with an OTE of between £50,000 and £100,000, Car or Car Allowance, Pension, Life Insurance and Company rewards and incentives **Main Duties**: - An excellent opportunity for an individual possessing estate agency experience to join one of Essex’s estate agency chains as a branch manager in the Chigwell area. - You will be responsible for your own business both in relation to profitability and business development. - Successfully list a number of targeted properties, advising and helping the vendors sell their homes for the best price with the best service and support possible. - Work closely with your team, downloading new properties that you have brought to the market and agreeing on a suitable strategy to match up potential buyers. **Key Skills**: - An ability to build great relationships where customers really buy into you as a person and a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales.
