Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

A well-established independent residential estate agency is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister for their Loughton office. This role provides the opportunity to list rental properties, secure new instructions, and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

You will play a key role in driving branch growth and maintaining high standards across the lettings portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Generating new rental property listings and securing landlord instructions
  • Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Negotiating tenancy terms and progressing lettings to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensuring all listings meet compliance and company standards
  • Supporting branch targets and contributing to business growth
  • Preparing marketing materials for rental properties and maintaining accurate records 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Property Lister in residential lettings
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service ability
  • Professional, confident, and well-presented
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Local knowledge of Loughton and surrounding areas advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence desirable
  • A polished, professional approach to estate agency and lettings
