We are recruiting a part time (3 days per week) Administration Assistant / Document Controller to join our small and friendly office in Corby.

The purpose of the role is to work alongside the Office Manager, providing Admin Support for the MEP Division from our Corby office.

The role will be 3 days per week 9.00am to 5.30pm with flexibility required on days to cover holiday, sickness etc.

1. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Programmes.

2. Experience of Common Data Environments e.g. Viewpoint

3. Previous office experience

4. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

5. Ability to work collaboratively within the team

6. Strong communication skills and work ethics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Drawing and document management

3. General Admin duties including receptionist, receiving phone calls etc.

4. Maintaining Company Systems

5. Assist the engineering team as required

6. Any other duties as assigned

**Qualifications/ Membership and Experience Requirements**:
No specific qualifications are required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
