**What You Will Be Doing**
As our main go-to admin person at Azura Sport, you'll be an integral role that keeps our ship sailing smoothly. Your role is diverse and dynamic, just like our startup and your help will be a key part in our team. Here are some of the tasks you'll be taking on:
- **FAQ Wizard**: Explain the answers to FAQs and assist enquiring clients, guiding them along the process with a smile. Your communication skills are your secret weapon. Picking up product knowledge and knowing how to answer client questions before they know what they want to ask
- **Financial Dynamo**: Take charge of lightweight bookkeeping and invoicing to ensure our financial records are as precise as our products.
- **Admin Aficionado**: Stay on top of general administrative tasks, from filing to organizing. We believe in keeping things shipshape.
- **Monthly Insights**: Help to prepare and deliver end-of-month reports for our clients' webshops, providing them with valuable insights to fuel their success.
- **Customer Service Champion**: Be the friendly face of Azura Sport, handling customer service correspondence through our client stores and ensuring their customers receive top-notch service.
- **Supply Chain Guru**: Place orders for office supplies and keep an eagle eye on stock levels, ensuring we're always well-prepared.
- **Office Ninja**:Help maintain office organization and workflows, lending a hand to team members wherever needed. We're a tight-knit team, and your support is invaluable. Suggest ways in which our workplace/workflows could be more organised to reduce waste - we are all ears
- **Travel Coordinator**: Arrange travel itineraries for the team, making sure everyone gets to where they need to be hassle-free.
- **CRM Sorcerer**: Organize CRM customer databases and customer enquiry flows, ensuring we have the data we need to excel.

**Skills Required**:
- Well organised with the ability to manage your own workflow, produce high quality and accurate work, sometimes at pace
- Team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude/energy, sociable and outgoing with the ability to take constructive feedback and manage tasks with little supervision
- Creative thinking with the ability to come up with a new ideas and ways of working to increase organisation and service speed for both our clients and Azura Sport.
- Good written and verbal communication
- A keen interest in Print-On-Demand, merchandise and the health + fitness industry would be a great bonus
