Technical Records Coordinator

Technical Records coordinator - Permanent role - Westerham, Kent
Shorterm group are currently working with an Aerospace client based at Biggin Hill Airport who are looking to appoint a Technical records Coordinator to their highly dedicated and motivated team.
Main Responsibilities:
*Daily entry of aircraft flight times into Excel documents & tracking system
*Auditing work packs
*Updating aircraft logbooks
*End of month reporting
*Control of the aircraft records & archiving
*Assisting the airworthiness team where required
*Provide clerical and administrative support to members of management at least 50% of the time
Additional Duties:
*Stores stock of parts and consumables
*Stocks Checks
*Calibrated Tools
*Liaising with stores to ensure correct stock adjustment after usage
*Booking in of delivered parts and routing paperwork
*Handling deliveries
*Movement of tools
*Monitoring and recording of the stores
*Prepare and initiate department-wide communication
Experience/Requirements:
*Aircraft Maintenance environment experience in Tech Records or a related role preferred, but not essential
*Use of CAMP an advantage
*Proficient knowledge of Office packages Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
*Eye for detail
*Ability to work to tight deadlines
*Organisational skills / Multi-Tasking several projects
*Ability to work with a team / working on own initiative whilst under pressure
*Flexible with an ability to adapt to change quickly
*Good Communication Skills
*You have a thorough knowledge of various files and filing system(s)
*You know to use discretion with customers and staff
*Previous knowledge of SAP System would be an advantage
*Invoice analysis ensuring all corrective actions are up to date for billing purposes, data entry of invoice data for customer requirements.
*Ensure all systems are up to date as work commences
