**Full Time
- FTC- 12 months period**

We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team on a full time basis and on a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting customers in solving queries / membership enquiries
- Handling inbound calls and rerouting where appropriate
- Providing administrative/processing support on client system
- Incoming post, printing, fulfilment and despatch of letters
- Payment processing and prepping cheques for banking
- Outbound call campaigns
- Delivering first-class customer service leading to the highest levels of customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:
**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills able to develop and maintain rapport, empathy and relationships with customers externally and internally
- Ability to create clear, unambiguous, and comprehensive ticket updates and other documentation

**Customer Service Experience**:

- Have 1 -2 years’ experience ideally within a customer facing environment dealing with customer and complaints. Open to up to 1 year experience in CS as full training would be given.

We support a hybrid working model that is flexible around your lifestyle, but we do value face-to-face interaction and the chacne to get to know our colleagues, so you will need to be able to come to our Telford office at least twice per week.
