**The Business**

A global private equity backed software and technology business.

**The Role**
- Act as lead on a range of key internal transformation projects to ensure the business achieves its ambitious growth forecasts.
- Develop and drive the businesses Go-to-Market strategy.
- Lead the development and transformation of the Global pricing strategy and team.
- Development of a new pricing strategy that is perfectly aligned to the businesses mid and long term strategy.
- Ensuring the new pricing strategy is adopted and adhered to by the sales community (ensure pricing and sales strategy are aligned).
- Act as the pricing owner for price positioning of both new and existing global products.
- Leading a programme to automate all pricing processes, procedures and controls.
- Develop a strategy to migrate existing customers to new, recurring revenue and SaaS based products and services.
- Develop packaging and pricing strategies that maximize value as well as customer lifetime.
- Support the executive team in assessing and launching into new markets.
- Work closely with the CFO and finance colleagues to develop the businesses commercial offering and strategy.
- Developing mechanisms and tools to more effectively capture and utilise data to create value and support decision making.
- Working with local teams to simplify and develop commercial, pricing, and deal desk processes, systems, and controls.
- Develop strong relationships and trust across all global functions to provide assistance on a range of change and transformational initiatives.
- Support in the integration of new acquisitions and oversee the roll out of new products to ensure revenue and profits are maximised in a timely manner.

**The Person**
- Proven ability to drive change and transformation across a global business.
- Prior/current management consulting experience highly desirable.
- Proven ability to develop pricing strategies.
- Experience of delivering pricing related transformation programmes.
- Experience partnering at C-Suite level to drive commercial thinking, initiatives, and positioning.
- Prior software, SAAS, or technology experience is essential.
