**Job Overview**

As a Service Representative you will be responsible for maintaining excellent standards within the Link Plus facility buildings and providing a Service Representative service for VIP Visits and will make that all important excellent first impression by demonstrating a high level of customer care, professionalism and engagement as well as vetting the guests who enter and managing according to the building procedure. You will be responsible for creating a positive experience for each visitor as well as assisting with the visitors for the building occupiers.

**Hours of Work**

40 hours per week

Monday to Thursday between the hours of 06.45 and 19:00

Friday - 06.45 - 15:00

**Main Duties**
- Meet and greet all visitors in line with Perception standards.
- Announce visitors as appropriate in line with the team agreement.
- Assist visitors and occupiers with queries in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Proactively offer additional assistance as and when required.
- Assist customer with moving/installing monitors and cables
- Facilitating office layout changes.
- Undertaking small DIY tasks such as painting small areas, hanging picture frames/signage etc.
- Checking furniture to ensure it is safe and functionable
- Checking equipment throughout the building
- Accompanying VIP visitors during visits.
- Liaise with building cleaners, security, engineers and facilities when required.
- Assist in the co-ordination and preparation of meeting rooms
- Have an eye for detail and checking rooms are tidy all throughout the day.
- Adhere to the site's safety and security procedures and regulations as set out by management.
- Represent the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Report any maintenance issues in the reception and common areas to the Facilities Helpdesk and follow up accordingly
- Deal with any questions or queries and escalate where appropriate to the Front of House Manager

- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent Microsoft skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, (2010 version is desirable) IT literate (essential).
- Must be able to obtain SC clearance.
- Must be a car owner with business insurance to take small items in between sites
