We have an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Recruitment Consultant** to join our team in Birmingham City Centre to help drive the business forward. We’re offering extensive recruitment training, a competitive commission scheme and annualcompany holidays. We are offering up to £33,000 a year for our Senior Recruitment Consultant.

We’re a Birmingham based recruitment company that specialise in Social Housing, Corporate Support, Trades & Labour, Property Maintenance and Property Compliance & Surveying. We are looking for an individual looking to kick-start their career in recruitmentor further build upon their existing skills. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be joining a team of 35 enthusiastic recruiters and given full support and training throughout your career.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop a trusted relationship with existing and new clients, working closely with them to uncover their sourcing plan for each position
- Proactively expand our existing client base
- You’ll be responsible for your own time-management and handling your volume of jobs and applicants
- Sourcing and screening applicants through our internal CRM, job boards, social media etc.
- Completing the entire 360 recruitment process
