Senior Recruitment Consultant - Construction

Location: Birmingham

**Salary**: £28,000 - £35,000 (based on experience) + commission

Full time - Permanent role

Immediate start available

I am working on behalf of a national **Construction Recruitment Agency** based in Birmingham who after a record year, are looking to add a **Senior Recruitment Consultant** to the team who will sit under the BM. The office in Birmingham is the highest performing branch across the company and having a sales focus and go getter attitude is essential.

The company is currently seeing one of its busiest times and the routes to commission are good with an established client base. I need a consultant who can also win new business and grow their desk, with potential to create a team within a team.

**What I need from you**:

- Experience working in the recruitment industry, ideally construction but other sectors will be considered
- Minimum of 2 years 360 recruitment experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Consultant looking for that next move to Senior

**Key responsibilities**:

- Proactively carry out business development calls to win new business
- Weekly site and client meetings to strengthen relationships - at last 1 day per week
- Driving licence and access to a car
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
