**Typical Responsibilties**:

- Assist with weekly and monthly payroll, inputting payroll data and balancing weekly reports to tight deadlines.
- Assist with payroll enquiries in a timely manner
- Monitoring staff absences from timesheets and updating the HR systems with holidays and sickness
- Managing paper Personnel filing system including regular filing and retrieval of documentation.
- Processing of monthly expenses ensuring compliance with vat regulations and ensuring correct calculation of expenses and mileage.
- Updating staff details as requested.
- Assist with security clearances and other ad-hoc HR duties as requested such as processing salary increases.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
