- Taking care of the general administration for the company, including answering phones, opening post, keeping accurate records and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Ordering of supplies for both office and yard
- Updating social media and websites ensuring a prominent presence at all times
- Communicate and liaise with clients to convert their ideas to successful projects
- Manage day to day administration of vehicles ensuring service schedules are met, and insured
- Updating job files including site documents and relevant health & safety in
