We’re on the lookout for passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioners to join our dedicated team at our **Darwin setting**. Whether you're newly qualified or bringing years of experience, if you have a love for outdoor learning and want to make a real difference in young children’s lives, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating and delivering fun, imaginative, and age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development.
- Encouraging children’s natural curiosity through hands-on outdoor adventures in our Forest School.
- Supporting each child’s social, emotional, and educational growth in a kind and inclusive environment.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observing and recording developmental milestones and working with families to celebrate every success.
What We’re Looking For:
- A **Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification** (or working towards one).
- A genuine love for working with young children and helping them flourish.
- An interest or experience in **nature-based learning** - mud kitchens, bug hunts, and woodland storytelling are part of daily life here
- Great communication skills and a positive team spirit.
- A desire to grow and develop your career in a setting that truly supports you.
