Location: Les Enfants Private Nursery & Forest School – Darwen

Reporting to: Area Lead / Nursery Manager

Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education

Roles available: Full-time and Part-time

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Creating and delivering fun, imaginative, and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
  • Encouraging children's natural curiosity through hands-on outdoor adventures in our Forest School.
  • Supporting each child's social, emotional, and educational growth in a kind and inclusive environment.
  • Observing and recording developmental milestones and working with families to celebrate every success.

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards one).
  • A genuine love for working with young children and helping them flourish.
  • An interest or experience in nature-based learning – mud kitchens, bug hunts, and woodland storytelling are part of daily life here
  • Great communication skills and a positive team spirit.
  • A desire to grow and develop your career in a setting that truly supports you.
