**Assignment Details**

As a result of ongoing project work, we are looking for a technical individual to join our project team.

The current Project work is based on a migration of 3000+ Mobile devices from Sophos Mobile Device Management to Intune MDM.

Experience in MDM that would be an advantage to the role but are not essential.

The individual must provide professional and friendly service while taking ownership of their day-to-day work.

The individual must demonstrate being able to adapt to on site changes across Lincolnshire, while taking a flexible approach to meet client expectations.

Windows 10 / Office 365 / Health Care Systems / System One / Dell Desktop / Laptops / Printers

**Day to day duties**

Working alongside an experienced engineer to migrate 3000+ mobile devices from Sophos MDM to Intune MDM. Devices converted will be Android and Apple, mobiles, and tablets.

The role will need a good attention to detail for updating records and monitoring project progress.

**Key Skills**

Windows 10 / Office 365 / Health Care Systems / System One / Dell Desktop / Laptops / Setup Printer / Install Software / Extensive Fault Finding and the ability to work with internal and 3rd Party Tech support to fix installation / migration issues / Theability to work alongside a junior field engineer and manage them while on site/ Good communication skills within face to face, electronic and through telephone contact.

**Required qualifications**

3+ Experience in IT industry

Car driver and over 21 for insurance purposes

Will be expected to drive to sites across the county each day.
