If the answeris ‘Yes’, Banham is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Customer Service team.

**What Can you Bring to Banham?**
Someone to act as the first point of contact for our customers, always providing exemplary customer service, and supporting the Team Leader and Customer Service Manager. You will support the cancellation, cut-off, takeover, and moving home processes of ourclients to ensure higher retention of customers and monitored contracts to drive business retention and revenue.
Your previous experience of working within a fast-paced and busy customer service position will enable you to deliver an effective and enjoyable customer service experience for our customers and add value where possible.

- Your motivation will mean that you are a Focused individual driven by the desire to achieve all KPIs and in making a tangible difference in customer retention.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Highly organised and able to multi-task whilst continuing to display a high level of attention to detail
- Articulate and polite telephone manner and a willingness to take on a high volume of work in any one day without letting standards of excellence slip
- A Confident communicator, you will bring the ability to work collaboratively at all levels across the business
- Your strong can-do attitude and resilience to cope with increased pressure during busy periods will prove invaluable when helping to motivate the team
- An ability to consistently achieve retention targets with the self-motivation to maintain team morale
- Willing to learn and maintain a high level of knowledge about Banham products and services.
- Happy to mentor new employees and assist in the induction of all new starters by liaising with the Team leader, reflecting the Banham standard.
- Being a team player and having an understanding of the call coverage required for the wider team.
**Working hours?**
8:30am - 5:30pm - Mon-Fri ( Three days office based and two days working from home).
