We are seeking a Supply Chain Client Manager to join our Supply Management team.

The team works closely with our portfolio of clients, which include Red Bull, Coca Cola, Heineken, Moet-Hennessy, Carlsberg, Mattell Toys and Diageo to name a few.

Our Supply Chain Client Manager manages their clients’ stock portfolio, by servicing their stock requirements, utilising agile stock processes to achieve stock composition targets and liaising daily with multiple stakeholders and forging strong customer relationships across all levels. Our Supply Management team strives hard to ensure that they not only meet but exceed the service levels that our international blue-chip clients demand.

To be successful, strong relationships will also need to be built internally, in order that service is delivered every time

The role:
The role involves utilising best practice stock control methods, preparation and presentation of various stock analysis reports geared towards key objectives and focusing on overstocks, inactive stock, best before end and seasonal lines. You will manage daily activities along with scheduled reporting on a weekly and monthly basis and will work directly with our clients as well as multiple stakeholders internally and externally. You will be responsible for supporting the inbound process; liaising with Operations and Client Services to ensure that stock is available for time-critical campaigns and general stock. You will also be responsible for the client’s inventory management and forecasting to ensure stock levels are maintained to an agreed level based on historic sales.

- Experienced stock management professional
- Able to demonstrate previous success of effective stock management/reduction techniques
- A Strong communicator
- Competent with Microsoft tools including Excel and Word and have experience with WMS and CRM systems
Good analytical, logístical and organisational skills are key aspects to be successful in this role. You will be an excellent self-starter as well as a team player. Effective time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, environment are crucial as is the ability to be versatile and prioritise your workload. With daily client contact via telephone and possibly visits to client sites, we're also looking for someone able to represent and uphold our high Staci standards. Your passion should lie in consistently delivering high-quality solutions to your client in order to continually add value to their business.
