**Requirements**:
BCW are looking for a talented Associate Director to join their senior management team and fast growing Healthcare practice.

The recruited Associate Director will be responsible for working with their fellow senior management team colleagues to proactively lead the Healthcare practice, as well as oversee the strategic direction of global accounts.

An exceptional commitment to the highest standards of client delivery, operational team management, the ability to quickly become a role model within the broader agency and above all an entrepreneurial spirit will be essential to the role.

Previous in-house experience will be viewed favourably; however it is preferred that applicants have a solid background in agency employment where they have previously been responsible for strategic oversight of client programmes as well as team and company operational management, including financial reporting.**Benefits**
