A vacancy has arisen for a Goods-out Facilitator to join our busy Logistics team.

Experience in the use of warehouse equipment and machinery is desirable.

**Responsibilities**:

- To pick orders accurately, efficiently and effectively
- To check, pack and despatch all orders neatly and accurately, as per the Logistics Work Instructions
- Communication with team members across multiple sites regarding order fulfilment, stock arrangements, shipment cost enquiries and other information when required
- Maintenance of packaging material levels by communicating with the Procurement Team
- To maintain Logistics equipment in a good working order, optimising efficiency and minimising down time
- To maintain effective housekeeping, keeping the warehouse clean and tidy to a standard that optimises efficiency. The warehouse area should portray the Fixfast brand using 5S methodology.
- To support the team and companys continuous improvement and progression through contribution of ideas and regular feedback.
- To embrace and promote health and safety and work within the guidelines set by the Compliance Manager.
