Based at our Horsforth Office, we are currently looking for a **Financial Crime Investigator** to join our **Oversight & Insight Team.**
This is a** hybrid role,** meaning you'll have the flexibility of both home and office working._ _
In this role you will play a key role in making sure that all financial crime and fraud responsibilities are met to protect Tenet from legal and regulatory censure**.**

**What you’ll be getting up to in more detail**:
- Investigating Anti Money Laundering and Financial Crime related conduct and intelligence.
- Managing investigation outcomes and consequence management.
- Making decisions and notifications to relevant agencies on behalf of the Nominated Officer / MLRO.
- Maintaining O&I and reporting on the AML and FC risk framework outcomes.
- Supporting the Nominated Officer / MLRO in report writing and regulatory returns.
- Supporting the regular and consistent delivery of key AML and FC tasks including PEP & sanctions searching and delivering PEP recommendations to the Nominated Officer / MLRO.
- Proactively seeking new ways to manage and mitigate AML and FC risks.
- Being an AML and FC expert for Tenet providing advisory support, guidance and training material.
- Utilise expert knowledge to produce collateral to address risks as they arise and proactively to prevent them arising.
- Provide timely update all financial crime metrics reported within the Board and Risk MI Dashboards.
- Assisting the Investigations Manager and the wider team in other matters of misconduct and compliance.
- Managing your own time and workloads with the opportunity to work flexibly between the office and home.

**We’d love to see**:
- Experience within financial crime, specifically financial services or other investigative regulated role making decisions and analysing MI would be an advantage.
- Financial Crime / AML qualification and / or relevant experience.
