**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. The HR administrator will report to the Chief Operating Officer (HR lead) and support various tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective management of human resources related functions.

**Duties**
- Maintain and update staff records and compliance tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including obtaining documentation and facilitating aspects of the induction process alongside the new hire's line manager
- Completing and following up on actions from relevant staff compliance audits
- Assist in the review and updating of HR policies and procedures as required
- Deal with staff inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare reports or data on HR metrics as required by management
- Any other duties deemed to be within the scope of the role as directed by the Chief Operating Officer

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role within human resources or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and approaches
- Experience of HR within a healthcare setting will be advantageous

**Expected start date**:
January 2024
