for a supported living facility

you will work be able to fit into the environment that

provides holistic support for everyone we support, we work with other community health services including:

- GPs
- Psychiatrists
- The community learning disability team
- Occupational therapists
- Physiotherapists

As a Home Deputy Manager you will assist with:

- Overseeing and maintaining the care of residents
- Ensuring all company policies, procedures and legal requirements are adhered to
- Ensuring staff members contribute to the best of their ability
- Stepping in for home management in their absence
- Support and assist the registered manager in auditing care plan documentation, to ensure best practise
- Supporting staff members

As the Residential Home Deputy Manager you will receive a competitive salary, career progression, work predominantly Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend work.
