We have an opportunity for a full time Deputy Manager to join our management team.

Hours: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week (7:30am–6:00pm)

Salary: Negotiable (DOE)

Qualification: Level 3+ in Early Years/Childcare

Join our friendly Tiny Toez team as a Deputy Manager You'll support the Nursery Manager in running daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring high-quality childcare for ages 3 months to 5 years.

Key Duties:

  • Support and lead the nursery team
  • Maintain high standards of care, safety, and education
  • Manage rotas, training, and child development records
  • Liaise with parents and external agencies
  • Deputise for the Manager as needed

Core training is provided through extensive CPD opportunities it would be desirable to have prior knowledge in Safeguarding Level 1 and 2, Paediatric First Aid, Level 2 Food Safety.

All applicants are required to undertake an Enhanced Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service, the cost of this application will be funded by Tiny Toez, All applicants are required to subscribe to the DBS Update Service and maintain the annual fee of £15.00.

It is an offence under section 76, Childcare Act 2006 to knowingly employ a Disqualified person within a childcare setting. Declarations are in place within the setting to ensure Safeguarding is paramount.
