The nursery is located at **1 Academy Gardens, Northolt, UB5 5QN**, with easy access local transport routes and the A40/M4. Our fully renovated building has bright spacious rooms for each of the age groups, fantastic resources and learning opportunities both inside and outside. Our fabulous staff team ensure that children flourish and leave fully prepared for the adventure ahead. The team have access to their own staff room away from the nursery rooms that is regularly stocked snacks and the occasional treat. Nearby are plenty of amenities and green spaces to get fresh air.

**Experience / Qualifications - What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Full & Relevant Early Years Qualification (**Level 3+**).
- **Knowledgeable** in areas relating to EYFS, SEN, CIN & CP.
- Previous experience, shaping little lives & **building positive partnerships **with families, external parties and colleagues alike.
- **Great communication** skills, including the ability to **understand** babble
- A **sense of humour** which allows you to see the silver lining of every situation and have fun each and every day.
- A team player with the ability to be **flexible** to the needs of the children and the team, with experience of leading a team.
- A passion for a **play based approach** to children’s learning and development
- **Commitment** - even to reach the end of that story that has been interrupted 5 times
- **Patience**, **passion**, and the **desire** to ensure all children achieve their full potential regardless of their starting point - That’s why we do what we do, right?

**Key Information**:

- Standard working hours are **40 hrs per week over 5 days, **Monday to Friday, around the current shift system.
- **Flexible options include**: increase your hours to 45 hrs per week over 5 days.
