Admin Coordinator

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join the post of Admin Coordinator. To be successful in this role you will uphold and reflect the vision and values of the company, seeking to improve productivity and the quality of the service. You will be fully competent in the use of PC's and other technology, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will work well under pressure to meet the challenging deadlines for both operational and people aspects of the role, being able to plan and manage workloads.
**Responsibilities**:
- Fully support and manage all workers
- Monitor and manage holidays, absence, and attendance of temporary workers
- Booking cleaners shifts
- Assist the Company Manager and the Deputy Manager if required
- Create the Contracts
- General Admin duties
**Key Experience**:
- 3+ years’ experience in admin position or shift supervisor role
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Professional manner and strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS office packages and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience in writing contracts
- Knowledge of HR procedures is preferable
- Good people skills
