Full-time preferred; **Mon-Fri 08:30-16:30 (with 30min unpaid lunch)**

**Part-time considered**

**Holiday**: 26 Days paid annual leave **plus** bank holidays

**Salary Scale**: £22,000 - £28,000 based on the level of relevant experience for the role.

**Job Expectation**:
7 x diverse content pieces aimed at driving traffic to our website, enhancing our online visibility, and ultimately optimizing our search engine ranking (SEO).

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Consistently interact with the content by responding to comments and maintaining active participation to ensure sustained audience engagement.
- Supporting the Website Manager in maximizing SEO to optimize leads.
- Holiday cover for the Website Manager

In order to help in the efficiency and smooth running of the Company, you must recognize and fully accept that the Company may require you to work in any section carrying out other duties within your capabilities, as the workload so requires.

**Personality**:

- Consistent willingness and positive attitude since social media is often the company’s first engagement with prospective clients.
- Keen interest in social media, trends and SEO
- A proactive work ethic is vital to the success of this position.
- Ability to work in a changing environment.

**Personal Situation**:
Able to commute reliably to head office (Huntingdon) to attend your normal place of work as well as training & meetings when required.

**Specific Job Skills**:
The position holder must have the ability to think creatively and take his or her own initiative.
