Area Supervisor

OTE £45k

We are looking for an extra Area Supervisor to work within our current team to drive the business forward. We pride ourselves on offering the best shops, with the best staff and the best facilities.

The role involves looking after around 18 shops, and ensuring KPIs are met, and business targets and standards are improved upon. Recruitment and training are key components, and we are looking for someone who can develop professional relationships to ensure we improve communication and provide shop staff with the opportunities to develop. We want to make our work place an enjoyable, interesting place, with staff ideas encouraged and extra training provided to ensure we continue to offer the best customer service. We are looking for an individual who can help improve staff retention by driving training and staff communications in a positive manner.

You would also be responsible for ensuring compliance is met across the board.

Investigation, security and discipline also form part of the role, along with a knowledge of our competitor business.

This is a role where the correct individual can see their ideas transformed into front line reality. You can make an actual difference, and see it change the customer experience. You will be a name, not just a number.

**Salary**: Up to £45,000.00 per year
