On behalf of our valuable client, a leading manufacturer in the tooling boards industry, due to continued business growth and increased demand for their products, we are looking for dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to Build a Late Shift Team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced production environment. Please note during your training period you will be required to merge with the existing Early Shift, until able to work independently and build experience in problem solving.

**Role Overview**:
As a Warehouse Operative in their production facility, you will be an essential part of the operations, ensuring smooth logistics and inventory management to support their manufacturing process. Your role will include order preps, attention to detail, inventory checks, and ensuring that all materials and finished goods are produced, stored and dispatched accurately.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organizing and storing raw materials, and components safely and efficiently
- Assisting with the management of stock levels, ensuring products are readily available for production
- Operating warehouse machinery (training provided, if necessary)
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts
- Supporting production by ensuring all necessary materials are available and delivered on time
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Adhering to health and safety procedures, especially handling heavy or large tooling boards

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in warehouse work, logistics, or production environments is preferred, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and orders
- A proactive and reliable approach to work, with a positive attitude
- Physical stamina for handling and moving heavy materials safely
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work the late shift and adapt to changing demands
