We have an exciting opportunity available to join our growing team as a Marketing Campaigns Executive. You will work within a thriving function who have guided B&CE’s growth to become a leading provider within workplace pensions.

Our hiring managers are looking for a highly talented enthusiast for marketing best practice, collaboration and continuous improvement. The Marketing Campaigns Executive works with colleagues in the team, department and wider business to meet customer needsand contribute to the growth and development of the organisation.

**Main Purpose**:
Help create innovative and impactful marketing campaigns that achieve objectives and generate value for and from customers. Contribute to a marketing centre of excellence with a strong understanding of and focus on digital culture and capability.

Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that attract and retain target customers across the brand, products, channels customer groups in line with business strategy, departmental goals, team priorities, internal policies, legislation and regulation.

An enthusiast for marketing best practice, collaboration and continuous improvement, the Marketing Campaigns Executive works with colleagues in the team, department and wider business to meet customer needs and contribute to the growth and development ofthe organisation.

**Skills & Experience**:
**Essential**
- Educated to A level or equivalent
- Working towards a professional qualification e.g. CIM Chartered Marketer or equivalent
- Experience of marketing campaigns
- Experience of working with record management, report writing, campaign planning
- Knowledge of marketing theory and practice
- Knowledge of B2B or B2C marketing
- Recent experience of working on creative and impactful marketing
- Experience of using customer insight and marketing analytics
- Experience of working in a project environment
- Passion for the brand and its products
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly collaborative working style

**Desirable**
- Marketing degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of UK financial services market and products
- Experience of marketing for a pension or occupational health scheme
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
- Experience of working in a matrixed team
- Understanding of demand generation methodologies
- Digital and data native familiar with a wide range of information technologies
