We are recruiting an Insurance and Membership Advisor for our client, a membership organisation. In this role, you will work within a tight-knit team, reporting to the Membership and Insurance Manager.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Actively promoting different membership schemes.
- Attending national events and exhibitions
- Identifying and providing feedback about gaps in service.
- Identifying cost effective ways to promote products and services.
- Handling and responding to queries from members relating to insurance and membership.
- Handling complains from unsatisfied customers.
- Providing excellent customer service to members, the local authority, regulatory bodies or potential members.
- Using Microsoft Dynamics to track all correspondence with members and new business.

**Must have**:

- Experience and understanding of general insurance practices
- Experience in customer service
