**West Hendon - Newly opening club**

**£23,000k annually plus Fantastic commission structure**

**What will you be doing?**

Driving sales and marketing activities and developing plans to be successful, whether this means taking a lead on the clubs social media and interactive content or getting out and about involved in the local community planning events, outreach, and local networking.

Delivering exceptional customer service looking after your existing members and working towards smashing your target bringing new members into the club achieving business KPIs.

Create a great atmosphere and club culture for both team members and members to achieve their fitness goals

You will be able to lead sales yourself and have a proactive attitude and a hands-on approach.

This role would really suit someone who is an experienced Sales and Membership advisor as well as someone looking for a new challenge

**A little bit about you...**

You must be keen, driven, dedicated, with a passion for Fitness Motivated to achieve business and personal goals.

The ideal Membership Advisor will have a background in the fitness industry.

Confident Be the face of the club and love building great relationships with your team and members, as well as within the local community and corporate businesses.

Pay**:£23,000k **per year

Additional pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- At least level 3 Personal training (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
- Working in the fitness industry 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
