THE ROLE:
The thriving real estate finance team have many years’ experience acting for a varied and diverse caseload of investment banks, insurance companies, pension funds, developers and lenders. The team has identified the need for an additional Solicitor or LegalExecutive to specialise in real estate finance matters. You will be joining a well-established team which covers the broad spectrum of real estate finance matters. The appointed Real Estate Finance Solicitor will be expected to deal with a complex and challengingcaseload on behalf of a diverse client base.
THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive who has gained significant exposure to commercial property and / or finance at a firm noted for its expertise in this area you will possess outstanding excellent technical skills and a real commitmentto this area of law. Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors who have gained experience within the finance sector and are keen to explore opportunities within a leading law firm. In order to be considered for this position you must have excellentmarketing and business development skills together with a real desire to drive the practice forward.
